1.12.2 Modded Server Exception in server tick loop

I've been recently playing on a modded server with my friends on a modpack that we created and when I was rebooting the server it wouldn't launch and keeps giving me the exception in server tick loop error. I'm still pretty new to making servers and modded servers so I'm not sure what the issue is. Ive been looking around and trying a few different solutions but none of them have worked so far. Nevermind, it was a problem with applied energistics.
