I've installed the latest recommended forge installer for version 1.16.5 and installed a server to a folder on my desktop, which provides me with the forge and minecraft_server .jar files; however, when I create the run.bat file with the command "java -Xmx4096M -Xms4096M -jar forge-1.16.5-36.2.20.jar nogui" and open that file, it provides me with an error message (that I would've attached if this site accepted my imgur link) and does not generate a EULA to sign. I am unable to find a thread solving this problem, though I may have missed it. I don't know what to do to get this to work, so any and all help is appreciated. Thank you! Also, any tips on what image URLs actually are accepted would help me get help, thanks!

In lieu of an image, here is the console log:

Apparently downgrading to an archived version of Java 8 was all I needed, weirdly. Changing this post to solved.
