I'm trying to find the forge-server.jar, so I can upload it to a server, I can't specifically run the forge installer on it, so it would be nice to have the option to get just the server file. Previous installations had just the Minecraft server file and forge server file, but now I can't seem to locate the file.

    Is it possible to make a .jar that would function like a startup file, for example "java -Xmx1G -Xms128G -jar "forge-server.jar" pause"? Or do I have to start the forge server with the .bat or .sh?
