This is the picture i get if I click the forge installer for 1.6.2.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything. Java, Minecraft, different forge files, EVERYTHING.

 

Please help, I'm pulling my hair out over this

    java -cp minecraftforge-installer-1.6.2-9.10.0.804.jar cpw.mods.fml.installer.SimpleInstaller
