I'm having this same issue of which I have no idea which mod is causing this, I've looked at every single mod that I added, maybe one doesn't have their dependencies?

A mod like Solar Flux Reborn doesn't work on Java 17, so I moved to Java 11, was there an issue there? Thanks for any help y'all can give.

for example minecraft 1.21.8 code for the golden apple is
