How to solve missing jar file for dedicated servers?

Hi, the problem it's i rent a server for hosting and i want to play it with forge 1.18.1, i download and instal in a folder apart to get the files and passes through Filezila to the servers host, the problem here its that the server requier a JAR file to run, but i got that now when i instal the Forge for servers i got a .bat file; it's anyway to avoid this or to solve it? Thanx for the time
