Forge Server wont run

I'm trying to run a skybees server through forge. I've downloaded the server pack and changed eula from false to true. I attempt to run run.bet, or as it's called in this modpack "server start", and it doesn't find the path. I've changed nothing other than eula. Did I miss something? Am I doing something wrong?

 

This is the whole error message I get:

I was able to get it to start up, but crashed not long after. I made a new post with the error. Would you like me to repost here? I really appreciate you responding
