First time posting so apologies if I've done it wrong!(and sorry for the bad English, I used a translator)

I'm running CurseForge launcher for custom modpack(play with some friends with low end pc), and all has been working fine, but for some reason it randomly crashes with something.

When I enter the single player game or entered a multiplayer server, for some reason during some action the game has chance to kick me from the server or crash my game (this happens more in multiplayer), returning to the minecraft launcher

the server itself did not crash, but the client yes

Any ideas?
