Forge won't open

Hi!

I recently downloaded Minecraft Forge but when I leftclick it, it won't open. I already tried it with different Java versions(version 7&8) but it still won't open. Everytime I click it there's just for like a second a black pop-up. I also already tried to delete and install it again but that didnt work too. Can somebody please help me because I already spent about 3h fixing this problem and I really want to play with Mods.
