Cant place blocks on my server (Decocraft blocks)

Whenever im trying to place blocks from Decocraft they just dont place. They all show up in my client but just not on the server i guess.
It works in singleplayer but not multiplayer (on my server)

Error Code -1073741819 On new PC no matter the mod no mater the version, even normal java minecraft gives the same erro

2 Weeks ago i got a new laptop and installed on it curseforge and normal minecraft and java, and wanted initialy to test how some modpacks would run to then start a new world to play when i had time.
Fresh windows 11 install, i wouldn't think anything could happen but bam error -1073741819, and i can't find any way to remedy this. I reinstalled java, updated drivers, reinstalled minecraft, launchers, even prism launcher, tried eclipse temurium instead of normal java... nothing seems to work

driver issue bug

okay so, for reference im using The Obsessed mod, (not sure if it helps, but might as well include it), and it shows the driver issue popup in the logs, so i go through the three solutions, but it still pops up and minecraft doesnt. can i have some help? thanks! :)

Minecraft launcher crashes when i try to run Minecraft Forge 1.13 - 1.19.2
