minecraft 1.12.1 forge does not work

Greetings. I am trying to install minecraft 1.12.2 forge (forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2860) but after I press "Install client," the green progress bar loads for a while, and soon as the green progress bar is full, an error message pops up and says...

"These libraries failed to download. Try again.
org.scala-lang:scala-compiler:2.11.1"

Does anybody know what is going on? Please let me know.
