Load json data files before items initialization

Hello everyone, I'm trying to create a system where it is possible to create items from json files, but for that I need to read these files before forge registers the items... does anyone have an idea of what I should do?

I already tried from the ReloadListeners but it reads the files only when the server starts, that is, after registering the items, I need it before the register.
