Forge server not working

Hello there

I've been trying to start a forge server to play with some friends but every time I try to start it it gives me an error. It's not the mods as we all (4 users) were able to start our game with the same mods, but the server shows this instead

What can I do about it? Been trying to start a 1.18 server for months now and it never works
