New to minecraft modding, i can't make a forge instance with the forge installer in the minecraft launcher...

when i ran the forge installer for 1.18.1 as the mods i want are in that version it said 'failed to download version manifest, can not find ja URL" idk what that means but in some posts i saw logs being posted and i think it should help you help me solve this problem.
