I am having a ton of issues with starting up a server with forge and no matter what I do I cant seem to get it to work. When trying to use the exe nothing loads or pops up. When using a .bat file it sends me this error message (pastebin link)

The normal minecraft server exe runs as it should and I could join the world if I go in vanilla.

    For anyone in the future confused on why 1.16.5 isn't working, get the LATEST version in the server files. Must be latest or else it won't work at all
