Dependency Adding Not Working

I am trying to add a dependency but when i run it it says it doesnt exist. I am adding it with  

dependencies {
	implementation 'net.dv8tion:JDA:5.0.0-alpha.9'
}

It can recognise it in Intellij but when i run it it says the classes dont exist
