blocks in my modpack randomly are invisible sometimes seemingly for no reason.

I recently started a world on my own modpack with my brother, and we have been playing for week or so, but recently noticed sometimes random blocks go invisible when placed. for example one time when placing wood, I could see it but he couldn't but in another place in out world we both could see it. Or another I tried placing a fluid tank on a table and it was invisible to me but when placed one block over, I could see it again. and just recently now, I have a coke oven from immersive engineering which has been visible the whole time, but this time when I placed items inside it, the entire multiblock structure was invisible or partly, along with blocks I placed near it. I have no idea whats wrong with it, theres no pattern I can see or try and identify the issue, we can fix it sometime by exiting the game or leaving the chunk but that does not always fix it.
