Hi. I've recently installed minecraft and forge itself on a new laptop, Windows 11, and though I can see forge in Minecraft's menu, when I try to use it in a world it seems like it's not even there. The axe doesn't work, there are no commands related to forge, absolutely nothing related to it. I have cheats on, creative mode, also Java 8 v. 311 64bits, the game version matches the forge version (1.18.2 / forge 1.18.2-40.1.0). Already tried re-installing both forge and the game, nothing works and I don't know what else to try.

Not sure what you are looking for here. Forge itself is a mod loader. If you install just Forge the game will pretty much behave like vanilla.

From your descriptions and screenshot it looks like you are looking for WorldEdit.

omg LMAO I'm so stupid. I forgot World Edit is a separate mod 💀 what the hell, I had a feeling something was missing from the mods folder

thank you for reminding me...
