    i turned a few mods off and it worked
    i turned 

    Krypton

    Ksyxis

    Radium

    Rubidium

    off and it loaded, so problem has to be with one or more of those, gonna do more testing

    while turning on Ksyxis, Radium , Rubidium does not

    note that for these test i did each mod individually 

    i then tried turning them all on but krypton on and it worked

    note this was all tested for just starting up the game, not going in a world or anything past the main menu
