Players getting randomly kicked in Skyfactory 4

I made a skyfactory 4 server and everything works fine but every 5 minutes or so, every player starts not being able to open chests and things like that. And after that they are getting kicked. I've run /forge tps and it returned normal 20 TPS. The servers cpu and ram are both fine
