server crash with few players

Hello,

I've made a modded server to play with a few friends. It's hosted using the oracle free tier (I've allocated 4 cores and 13G - 12G to the server).

The issue is, the server seems to crash while only a few players are connected.

The installed mods are :

ai-improvements, autoreglib,  balm,  botania, curios, cyclopscore, dungeonsarise, evilcraft, fastfurnace, fastworkbench, gravestone, insanelib, mahoutsukai, patchouli, placebo, progressivebosses, quark, waystones

The server is running in 1.18.2 with forge 40.1.31

I'm sorry if the answer is obvious, I'm ashamed to say that this is my very first Minecraft server. I'm not familiar at all with java nor hosting so I don't know how to narrow down the error. Is my server too weak ? Could the configuration be causing that ?
