Forge not downloading 42 libraries

I am new to Minecraft modding when it comes to forge. I downloaded the recommended version of the source. It gets stuck at downloading 42 libraries. I wait for hours and it only downloads 3 out of the 42. Is there a way I can either fix this or download them all manually? I could not find the location of them on the site.
