Cannot connect to forge server

Hi! Me and my friends created a modded server, so we can play together. Everything went well, we played, but then we put some new mods in, and I couldn't join, my friend could.

I'm running Windows 10 Home, with Intel Core i5-10400F, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 SUPER, 8GB of ram, and with gigabit wired ethernet

When I join, it gives me the error message: "Disconnected" or Timed out"

We increased the timeout duration with "-Dfml.readTimeout=300" both client and server side, but it didn't work.

After we put these mods, I couldn't join the server.

I've let the server port trough in my Windows firewall, tried two different clients, restarted my router, server, client several times, but it still doesn't work.
