1.19 - Game seems to work fine when booting up world, then seems to immediately freeze and becomes slow.

Tried to use forge recently with a bunch of clientside mods, then loaded up a world and seemed to work fine until all of a sudden the game started to be immeasurably slow, it would go for one bit and then pause for around 10-8 seconds. Persisted through pause screen, so probably related to chunk loading. When exiting the world the game immediately returned to normal.
