I have a gtx 1650 on a laptop with a core i5 9th gen

Minecraft with no mods or forge runs at 60 fps

Minecraft with forge and optifine no other mods caped at 40 fps

I tried fabric and it worked at 60 fps

I want to post pictures but I don't know how
