Minecraft keeps crashing with forge upon launch

I'm using forge and the Minecraft java launcher to run about a hundred mods

While launching, the game suddenly crashed but it seemed like all the mods were already loaded at the point when it crashed

I tried restarting my pc, and reinstalling it and nothing has changed

I know I'm using 1.16.5 and it's against the rules but some mods are only compatible with 1.16.5
