Maybe try other builds If there is no change, the maybe another mod is conflicting - but not mentioned -
I know this is a bit late… However, at least with Mcreator's plugin that allows attribute changing, I have noticed that this doesn't work. I have tried in 1.19.4 with the plugin, and modifying the attack speed of the player, but it doesn't affect mining speed, only attack speed/cooldown between attacks. -

✅PROBLEM SOLVED! i turned off "Grayscale all fog+" in config for anaglyph fabric. my sky is blue again i figured it out! 😁 -
