forge 1.18.2 not functioning

so whenever i try to play forge 1.18.2 it states

"an unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. were sorry for the inconvenience

this crash may be caused by an invalid java runtime configuration, check any custom configuration settings

exit code:1"

the mod i used was the crackers wither storm mod, however even when i tried whithout it it still failed

 

i could not locate the error logs.
