i cant install forge 1.19

i dunno if this is the right category btw this is my first time creating a topic
so basically i set in the control panel that all jar files should open with this:

but when i try to open the forge file this shows up

from what i understand it says that java is not downloaded even tho i already have it?

oh right i forgot about jarfix because i had to delete some of the files on my laptop and thats why its prob not working
