Accents from language files aren't showed

I've make a language file with a Spanish translation and some letters have accents, and when i run Minecraft those letters aren't displayed and insted them a quiestion mark is showed.

 

The language file is a ".lang" file.

 

 

Somebody know why does it happen?

And how can i fix it?
