Forge 1.12.2 only works out of wifi

I installed forge 1.12.2 in my minecraft(not premium) and minecraft starts but when i try to play a world the game crashes, but if i am offline, with wifi off and with out ethernet, i can play, was any solution for this?

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
