A Problem with Forge-downloading

Hello,

I wanted to instal forge 1.18.2 and this problem appear:

Failed to run processor:java.net.ConnectException:Connection timed out:connect

See log for more details.

Pls can somebody help me. I tryed Jarfix and deleting minecraft and downloading that again. I had deleted Java and Forge. Nothing helps.

Can somebody help?
