Failed to Start Minecraft Server Forge 1.16.5

When I start my server when it starts to load the world, it fails to start but when I delete the world folder it start again but when i stop and restart the server the same error pops up.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
