Tried to run a modded mc server with a .bat file with the commands: "java -Xmx7168M -Xms7168M -jar forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1614-1.7.10-universal.jar nogui". Just running the universal .jar didn't change the outcome. I also tried deleting and redownloading the mods. Didn't work.
