Forge 1.7.10 bug

So when i launch forge 1.7.10 there's a visual glitch where chunks are invisble items lost their textures and the screen goes blue black green and other colours. (i saw the post of the config/splash.properties but that post was made in 2015 so im just trying to get an updated response from someone in the forge team.

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
