Need help with forge server 1.12.2 Chroma Technology

I have had a server running for the past week running 1.12.2 Chroma Technology. Everything has been seamless for me and my friends until today. For some reason we have been getting registry errors and are unable to join the server. I have already verified that the configs are the same from client to server, tried reinstalling the modpack between server and client side. Tried making a fresh world as well as a fresh server. None of these have seemed to change anything. Below is the errors I am receiving. The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).

2 Weeks ago i got a new laptop and installed on it curseforge and normal minecraft and java, and wanted initialy to test how some modpacks would run to then start a new world to play when i had time.
Fresh windows 11 install, i wouldn't think anything could happen but bam error -1073741819, and i can't find any way to remedy this. I reinstalled java, updated drivers, reinstalled minecraft, launchers, even prism launcher, tried eclipse temurium instead of normal java... nothing seems to work

okay so, for reference im using The Obsessed mod, (not sure if it helps, but might as well include it), and it shows the driver issue popup in the logs, so i go through the three solutions, but it still pops up and minecraft doesnt. can i have some help? thanks! :)

I tried to delete it but now it appeares the error -1 and it sais that The game crashed: rendering overlay Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file tacz-client.toml of type CLIENT for modid tacz
