Forge not allowing me to use LAN worlds.

When i host or try to connect to a LAN world using forge i get the error message "Network is unreachable: no further information". I can host LAN worlds using Vanilla 1.19.2 and Fabric 1.19.2 but when i try to use forge it doesnt work?

I am really confused the only version of minecraft with forge that does work with LAN worlds is 1.18.1 then from 1.18.2 onwards it doesn't seem to work at all for LAN worlds.
