Minecraft 1.18.2 forge loading world problem

so I have forge 1.18.2 forge and plenty of mods, I just update the forge version, whenever I created a server, play the older version, i get a instant crash on the block loading screen at 0%, it just crashed with no debug log or error warning showing up, I open task manager and minecraft turn into a background processing task, help please?
