1.19.2 | Creating a Modpack & Server

Whilst I know about many different MODs, I have less knowledge about dependencies, improvements, and tweaks. I have ideas or alternatives if MODs don't exist for 1.19.2.

I am also looking for suggestions. If there is any dependencies or libraries that I do not need, it would be nice to remove them too.

Is there any additional MODs or tweaks you suggest? To improve performance, compatibility, the client user's experience. I want to make my modpack and server stable.

The normal Forge modloader? As for a server, I need to obtain a Forge server .JAR file too.

I am unsure about tweaks and tweaking. Whilst having Default Options, I have never configured this.
