I don't know how to explain it, since I updated the drivers on my NVIDIA graphics card it has had some incompatibility with Minecraft Forge, when I try to play with Forge and the Mojang loading screen appears, the monitor "changes" the video source and shows a resolution that doesn't show part of the screen, at first I thought it was due to some mod but it's simply Forge because with Vanilla or Optifine this doesn't happen, I've tried downgrading my graphics drivers and my Forge version but nothing seems to work.I can't find a solution anywhere, I hope you can help me.

Please provide the specs of your computer. I cannot reproduce your claim on my devices with Forge.

Motherboard: ASUS Prime B560M-A

CPU: Intel Core i3 10105F

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 (Zotac)

RAM: 16 GB DDR4 Dual Channel

 

 

 

I was able to find a machine with the graphics card mentioned (after much pain), but I was still unable to reproduce. Most likely, there is some weirdness going on with the drivers and operating system in the computer as a whole, so you may just want to go through the official sites and update them all at once.
