[1.18.2] Generated trees with choopes leaves

Hi all. I need to generate trees with chopped leaves. Please tell me how to do it. Version 1.18.2

You'll need to make your own `FoliagePlacer` and call that within your tree decorator.

you can create an example of the createfoliage method, it does not work with it

Look at existing foliage placers, write the set block method for it, then create the codec and register it to the registry.
