Minecraft World Generation keeps getting stuck.

I have a modpack that I made for 1.16.5 and whenever I try to load or create a world, it gets stuck at 1%, 0%, or 3%. The attached screenshot is what happens in Minecraft. The game doesn't crash, it just stays like that until I force close it. This is the Modlist
