Game keeps showing error 1 when i load and crashes.

Whenever i download forge 1.8.9 it gets to the point of loading it into the launcher and clicking play. it immideatly crashes and shows error code 1. On forge 16.5 it works for everything, 

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
