i have been trying to make a server for the modpack medieval minecraft 1.16.5 singleplayer works fine but when i try making a server forge.jar does not open minecraft_server works fine but i cannot connect to it so iam wondering if theres any help someone can give.

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
