Datapacks aren't working on my modded 1.19.2 server

I downloaded a bunch of datapacks from vanilla tweaks and unzipped the folder with them all in (still keeping the individual datapacks in their .zip folders). I placed all the folders into the datapack folder on my minecraft world and upon launching it, none of the datapacks are working. They don't appear in the /datapack list & are all definitely for the correct version and have the correct .mcmeta file version.

That sounds like an issue of how you installed the datapacks. If not, you would need to ask whoever the authors of the datapacks are for support.
