unable to start forge 1.12.2

When I opened the default Forge Installation with the latest Minecraft launcher, a red window appeared at the right corner saying "Sorry, Unable to start Minecraft"

This kind of error occurs on all the installations of 1.12.2-forge-14.23.5.2860

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
