I recently tried to download forge for 1.8.9 and couldn't open the installer, because i get stuck on "Failed to download version manifest, can not find client jar URL." window andcan't do anything about it. Someone please help?

 

The version you are using is no longer supported on this forum.

Please update to a modern version of Minecraft to receive support.

Currently supported versions are 1.19.2 (Latest) and 1.18.2 (LTS).
