Error occurs when trying to connect to any server

Error does not occur on the Vanilla Minecraft launcher and server connections on

I have tried with 2 Minecraft accounts

1 (One) New (Bought today due to this error)

1 (One) Old (Migrated from Mojang)

Programs have been removed and reinstalled multiple times.

A complete PC wipe has also been done, no changes.

 

I am lost, I don't know why it occurs or how to fix it. 

 

Any suggestions on solutions would really be appreciated.

 

Edit: 

Thought I should add this, no information shows on the server-side of things since the account doesn't get a chance connect, nor does the game crash in any way.

Added no crashing or connection actually occurs

    Try add this to your java args "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true"
    This worked for a member of my server.
