Forge 1.19.2 Server installer doesn't include server.jar file?

Hello, i'm trying to start a server using theminecrafthosting.com and for it to run a server it requires a .jar file, however when I install the Forger server installer, it doesn't include a .jar file but a batch one instead. Is there a way to fix this?

As of 1.17, because Forge now uses the JPMS, we cannot produce executable jar files for the server. Use the shell / bash scripts to run the server.
