Cant install Forge for minecraft 1.8.9 specifically

Hey there, so ive wanted to install minecraft forge version 1.8.9 (or 1.8) and for some reason it doesnt install it but when i tried to install forge for minecraft 1.18 it worked fine.

The log that ive got from running the installer.jar file will be added at the end.
